As you walk into the front door, guests are welcomed with a gorgeous entry way. Two If By Sea boasts a Newly Built 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in the heart of Seagrove. Upon entering the expansive entryway guests will find two full bedrooms one being a spacious Queen bedroom and the second bedroom offering an awesome bunk bedroom that offers a twin over full bunk bed. There are even additional twin built-in bunk beds in the hallway for the kids, with the ability to close off with a trendy coastal door. The first floor also houses a large shared bathroom with Shower/Tub combo for guests. Walk directly through the first floor to the large entertainment patio in the back of the home that offers guests the pinnacle of convenience and enjoyed with a nice private grill and community pool access just steps away.
Once guests venture upstairs, they are embraced with a large open floor plan. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all connected for seamless enjoyment of each space and all of the furniture is brand new. * CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
* We strongly encourage all of our guests to purchase travel protection insurance to protect against any unforeseen trip interruptions or you needing to cancel.
