The second floor offers two bedrooms both containing King Beds with two full bathrooms.The open and spacious living area is also located on the second floor and includes ample seating for all guests facing a large Flat Screen TV.
The kitchen has been fully appointed with stainless steel appliances, plenty of pots, and pans, baking dishes, serving dishes, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine glasses. The stemware, dinnerware, and flatware are very high quality, the quality you would want in your own home. The kitchen comes well equipped offering a full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area includes a round table that comfortably seats six, guests will also find additional seating is available at the kitchen bar.
Notice: Golf Carts - The Prominence community has recently decided that guests will not be allowed to rent golf carts in the community. Please note that golf carts are not allowed in the community per the HOA.

Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; use the complementary tram (seasonal), or rent bikes.
Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.
Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Prominence Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
The Town of Prominence offer a large resort style community pool. The pool is just a short walk from Totally Beachin with cabanas, grills, bathhouse, and fitness center!
Nearby restaurants to The Town of Prominence 30A include The Hub which offers several restaurants including - Reds Chicken Shack, Crave Roadside Burgers, Mile Marker 15, Local Smoke, American Drinking Post, Mr. Freeze, The Hub Taco Truck, as well as many more!
