From the moment you walk into this spacious three bedroom condominium located in the heart of Seacrest Beach, you'll be in awe of both the fresh, open decor as well as the fantastic views of bustling Scenic Highway 30A below. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living spaces. All of this is open to your private balcony which overlooks the always fun Scenic 30A. There's always plenty to do in the Village of South Walton on the first level including restaurants, candy shops and more! The resort tram will pick you up and get you to the beach quickly and safely.

The Village of South Walton has an amazing beachside village feel. Families with small children enjoy riding bikes up and down the neighborhood streets or just hanging around the Village green. Enjoy the beautiful sugar-white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys. There is easy access to the private beach via shuttle which picks up just steps from the building. The complimentary tram runs regularly on a 10-minute schedule to the beach, pools, and shops. If you so choose, the beach is an easy 5-minute walk.The Village is centrally located in Seacrest between Rosemary Beach and Alys on 30A. The convenient location is within easy walking distance to world-class dining, spa, wine bars, and many wonderful locally-owned shops. There is a fabulous Farmer’s Market on the weekend where you can select fresh local fruits, produce, and honey. Nearby beachside communities such as Seagrove, Seaside, WaterColor, and Santa Rosa Beach are just minutes away. The Village is also conveniently located 20 minutes from Panama City Beach.
Beach Access: Getting to the beach is a breeze.... just walk to the front of 30A like you are going towards Alys Beach and once you come up to the white Seacrest Beach Lifeguard chair you cross 30A and walk direct down the pathway about 100 yards and you are at the beach. A free shuttle will drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short walk. Either way, everything is only a few minutes from your doorstep.

- No Rv's, Trailers, Boat's or Watercraft's allowed to be parked at the property - Due to HOA Rule.
- CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
- Guests will be responsible for any and all damages caused to the property during their stay.
