Located on the West end of 30A, Sunrise Cottage which is just off 30-A, allows guests to take full advantage of a quick walk or bike ride to one of the LEAST crowded public access beaches on 30A!
Built in 2019, this Southern Living Home Design is located within 1/2 mile of the beach access on 30A. The home features an open concept living area, dining room & kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The cozy fireplace completes the living area. The Master Bedroom Suite w/spacious bathroom is conveniently located on the first floor along with a guest powder room and a laundry room. The large, fully fenced back yard offers a great area for family activities. An oversized side screened porch completes the beach living experience. On the Second Level you will find two additional bedrooms and a Full bath.

Beach Access: Getting to the beach is a breeze.... The closet beach access is located at only .06 miles away.. Beach Highlands Neighborhood Beach Access in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida is on Highland Avenue right outside the gates of Stallworth Preserve subdivision on Stallworth Lake. It is on the western end of Dune Allen Beach. This is about a 10 minute walk depending.

- Minimum age of primary renter must be 25 and must stay on property for the entire length of stay. No Spring Breakers without Parents, this is strictly enforced.
- Saturday to Saturday - 7 night minimum rentals during peak/high season.
- No Rv's, Trailers, Boat's or Watercraft's allowed to be parked at the property - Due to HOA Rule.
- CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
- Guests will be responsible for any and all damages caused to the property during their stay. A credit card will be authorized for damages 2 days prior to arrival and will be released upon departure with no damages.
