Conveniently located in between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, The Village of South Walton resort is a 5 minute walk or a free seasonal tram service ride to the deeded beach access. Shore Beats Workin offers in either direction quaint shopping and dining.

Beach Access: Getting to the beach is a breeze.... just walk to the front of 30A like you are going towards Alys Beach and once you come up to the white Seacrest Beach Lifeguard chair you cross 30A and walk direct down the pathway about 100 yards and you are at the beach. A free shuttle will drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short walk. Either way, everything is only a few minutes from your doorstep. Chairs and umbrellas are available to rent daily or weekly from March through October. Bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, and bonfire packages are also offered through La Dolce Vita.

- Saturday to Saturday - 7 night minimum rentals during peak/high season.
- No Rv's, Trailers, Boat's or Watercraft's allowed to be parked at the property - Due to HOA Rule.
- CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
- Guests will be responsible for any and all damages caused to the property during their stay. Guests will have their credit card authorized 2 days prior to arrival for the damage deposit as stated in the rental terms and conditions and will be released after check out.
