Guests will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center, resort style pools, fitness center and private tram service to the beaches of 30A.

 

"The Big Chill", a family hot-spot for entertainment, features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which plays all types of sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops, including Luke Bryan’s new cigar shop, are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.
Prominence is perfectly placed right in the middle of Seaside & Seagrove Beach on the west and Alys & Rosemary on the east. 20 minutes to Pier Park.

 

GOLF CART RENTALS - Starting March 1, 2022 Golf cart rentals by 30A Gulf Carts are permitted within the Prominence neighborhood. The rental of these carts is first come, first serve with limited availability. No other golf carts are permitted in Prominence other than 30A Gulf Cart rentals or carts owned by homeowners. Information on how to reserve your golf cart can be found in our app.
