Coastal Dune House 30A is a professionally decorated Triplex with coastal, calming beach colors, and comfortable furnishings well suited for a perfect family beach vacation. The spacious open -concept kitchen comes fully-equipped with high end stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and everything else you will need to prepare delicious meals for your entire family as you would at home. The quaint dining area features a beautiful round table seating for 4, and 3 extra seats at the breakfast bar. The exposed living and dining areas have 10' ceilings with plenty of windows for natural light, while the adjacent living room features a large contemporary sectional with a queen sleeper sofa, a “55” smart TV, and free high-speed internet Wi-Fi.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, “32” smart TV, private en-suite with a large walk-in-closet and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom, adjacent to the 2nd bathroom, has a queen size bed, “32” smart TV and French doors that access to a large 200 square foot covered balcony furnished with 2 high top tables and 4 chairs that overlooks the surrounding neighbors. A perfect location to unwind, relax and watch 30A's amazing sun rises and sun sets. The laundry room is equipped with an extra-large washer and dryer.

Private Resort Pool: The Town of Prominence offers a large resort style pool. The pool is just a short walk from the unit with cabanas, grills, bathhouse, and fitness center!
Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; use the complementary tram (seasonal), bikes, or rent a golf cart from a local vendor and have it delivered right to your doorstep! For a list of recommended vendors, please do not hesitate to give us a call. The community does not have deeded beach access so you will have to use one of the public beach accesses. Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.
Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Prominence Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
The Hub is the community’s outdoor venue that offers great in and out-door restaurants, shopping and entertainment that includes an amphitheater with covered event pavilion, cinema screen for sporting events, family movie nights, and a stage for concerts and events during season. Watch a game on the big screen or enjoy a family “screen on the green” with comfortable couches and chairs. Definitely the hotspot where family and friends gather to eat, drink, shop and play.
Prominence on 30A is an up-and-coming local community nestled along the glimmering blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It offers a number of highly appointed amenities that makes this a desirable location for your tropical vacation. Walking distance to the lagoon style 5,000 sq. ft pool with private cabanas surrounding the poolside.
