Upon entering Casita Grayton guests are greeted with a welcoming and charming entrance that embraces the upscale and beauty of the coastal decor for guests to enjoy. The first floor offers an open style living and entertainment area with a fully appointed kitchen and the first Master Bedroom (King) and Bathroom with a Walk-in Shower and Large soaking tub for the ultimate relaxation. As guests venture upstairs to the spacious second floor that offers the second Master Bedroom with Private ensuite Bathroom with a Walk-in Shower and a spacious balcony for guests to enjoy their morning coffee. The second floor also offers a bunk bedroom that is equipped with a Twin over Full Bed perfect for the kids to enjoy and play games, the third bedroom on the second floor offers 2 Twin Beds with a beautiful barn style sliding door for privacy.

Grayton Beach Access - 1 Mile

Grayton Dunes Access is ADA accessible, has freshwater showers, and parking on the street. Located at the end of Garfield Street behind the Red Bar in the heart of Grayton Beach. The boardwalk also extends to the end of Banfill Street one block to the east. The access is next to Western Lake outfall and Grayton Beach State Park. The freshwater lake opens periodically and exchanges water with the gulf.

* We encourage all our guests to purchase travel protection insurance to protect against any unforeseen trip interruptions, or you having to cancel. No refunds will be given once the refund period has passed.

* You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

* VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS.

* International Travelers will be charged a 5% admin fee.

* No Pet's allowed - No Smoking * Minimum age 25 years old (No exceptions)

* This property is in located in an HOA control community, rules are always changing we can not predict what the HOA rules may change to and when they may change. By renting this property you understand that rules may change and affect your reservation. The HOA rules supersede.

* Weddings / Organized groups are not allowed. Guests must not exceed the approved number of guests allowed. 

* No RVs, Trailers, Boats, or Watercrafts allowed to be parked at the property.

* Saturday to Saturday - 7 Night minimum rentals during peak/high season.

* CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home. There is ongoing construction taking place in this neighborhood

30A Rental Properties Rental Agreement: By submitting payment for this reservation, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to adhere to, and be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement, thus making it a legally binding contract. Please contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns. Guests will be held responsible for all damages to the property. If any of our policies are violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 30A Rental Properties fines.
