The first floor offers custom built-in bunk beds with a full bathroom, proceeding upstairs the main level you will enjoy an open style layout with plenty of seating around the large smart flat screen TV and amble around the gourmet kitchen which is well equipped and beautifully decorated making it a desirable setting for your gathering! The main floor is also accompanied by the first queen bedroom and full bathroom. Venture to the third floor and you’ll find a large master bedroom with a king bed, large flat screen TV and luxurious private bath with a double vanity, huge closet, large walk in shower and separate soaker tub. The fourth bedroom is also on this floor with a queen bed and large flat screen TV, and a bathroom with a stand alone shower.

Beach Access: Only a 5 minute walk! Miramar Beach Regional Access is ADA accessible, and has parking, restrooms, and beach wheelchairs and lifeguards during peak season. Located on Scenic Gulf Drive (old 98) next to Pompano Joe's Seafood, Miramar Beach Regional Access has quite a bit of gulf front parking and also a parking lot on the north side of Scenic 98. It is a busy access with lots of activity year round. On the east end is Pompano Joe's Seafood Restaurant & Bar.

30A Rental Properties Rental Agreement: By submitting payment for this reservation, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to adhere to, and be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement, thus making it a legally binding contract. Please contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns. Guests will be held responsible for all damages to the property. If any of our policies are violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 30A Rental Properties fines.
